Returns & Shipping Policy 

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return items under the following conditions: 

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. 
  
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. 
  
• Prescription medications and perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. 
  
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Estimated delivery time: 2 weeks from the date of dispatch. 

Shipping cost: £5 per transaction.
